Prosecutors Pursue Voter Fraud Case in Buffalo Co.

Prosecutors in Buffalo County are pushing ahead with a voter fraud case against a local felon.

The D.A.’s Office says 40-year-old Damien Murphy voted in the November 2020 election in Dover. Felons are not allowed to vote in the state of Wisconsin. Voter fraud charges carry a maximum penalty of just over three years in prison. No one is saying who Murphy voted for in the 2020 election.
