Younger teens in Wisconsin are not going to be able to work later on nights when they don’t have school.
Governor Evers on Friday vetoed the plan which would have allowed teens under 16 to work as late as 11 p.m. The governor says he doesn’t want to create two separate systems of work requirements. Currently, 14 and 15-year-olds can only work until 7 p.m. during the school year and 9:30 during the summer.
