Governor Tony Evers isn’t surprised that the Supreme Court nixed President Biden’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.
Governor Evers yesterday said he always had doubts about the president’s order that companies with more than 100 workers would have to force their employees to get vaccinated or get tested each week. Evers says the important thing is that people can still get vaccinated, and he said businesses in Wisconsin can make that happen.
The governor and the state’s Department of Health Services continue to say getting vaccinated is the best way to protect yourself against the coronavirus.
