The man caught on tape leaning-into a Milwaukee Burger King with a pistol is now in custody.
Police yesterday said they arrested a 41-year-old man for armed robbery. He’s not being identified until formal charges are filed. Police say he may have fired his weapon during the robbery, but investigators are also looking for 39-year-old Derrick Ellis, who they say did fire his gun. Ellis was an employee at the Burger King, he’s now on the run. Police say 16-year-old Niesha Harris-Brazell was shot during the robbery attempt. She later died from her wounds.
