A Green Bay man is headed to prison for five years on a drunk driving conviction.
Wallace Bowers was arrested earlier this year after a crash in Green Bay. He pleaded no contest to drunk driving today in what was his 18th drunk-driving conviction. The 74-year-old Bowers said he was sober for ten years until the stress and isolation of the pandemic caused him to drink again.
