There won’t be changes coming soon against the former head of a local children’s charity.
Eau Claire County’s D.A. yesterday said he’s not going to push for charges against Joe Luginbill. Police investigated Luginbill for over a year surrounding allegations that he misspent donations to his children’s foundation on himself. The D.A.’s office yesterday said unless new evidence comes forward, they are not going to press ahead with the case. No one is saying what is lacking in the investigation, and Luginbill is not commenting on the decision.
