The list of charges in last weekend’s hotel shooting that wounded three Wauwatosa police officers is long and serious.
Prosecutors filed attempted homicide, weapons, and drug charges against Kenneth Burney. He’s the convicted felon who police say opened fire on a group of officers Saturday night at the Radisson on Mayfair Road. Burney is already facing felony weapons charges in another case, he was out on bond when police say he shot the officers. Burney is in jail now, and being held on 750 thousand-dollars bond.
