Wisconsin lawmakers are only more frustrated with the state’s Elections Commission after the latest hearing into last year’s vote.
The state’s Joint Audit Committee yesterday heard testimony from Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe, but they didn’t get any answers. Wolfe told lawmakers she could only offer her interpretation, and not provide any official answers for the Commission. State Rep. John Macco said it’s ‘absolutely repugnant’ that Wolfe would come to lawmakers without any answers.
The committee wanted to know more about the 30 deficiencies that auditors found at the Elections Commission in the lead-up to last year’s vote.
