The man who was wounded by Kyle Rittenhouse says he pulled his gun first.
Gaige Grosskreutz testified for the prosecution yesterday. He admitted to illegally having a gun on that violent night in Kenosha last year, and said he pulled it out of his waistband before he chased Rittenhouse down. Grosskreutz says it wasn’t until Rittenhouse saw his gun that Rittenhouse fired. Grosskreutz was wounded in the bicep. Rittenhouse’s lawyers have maintained since last summer that this is a case of self defense. The prosecution is expected to end its case today.
