There’s still some counting to do, but it looks like the Eau Claire Marathon raised nearly 30-thousand-dollars for the community.
Race director Emi Uelmen says they need to see what they owe for port-a-potties and police officers and the like, but she thinks the final tally will be around 30-grand. All of that money will be donated back to the community. Racers ran the marathon last weekend.
