As expected, there will be no charges filed against the officers who shot and killed the gunman at the Oneida casino back in May.
Brown County Attorney David Lasee cleared the three officers yesterday. Investigators say the officers shot and killed Bruce Pofahl moments after he shot and killed two people and wounded a third inside the casino’s restaurant. The state’s Department of Justice says Pofahl worked at the restaurant and was looking for revenge. The officers will return to duty.
