The latest election fraud case in Wisconsin has ties to St. Croix County. Prosecutors filed charges last month against 64-year-old Michael Ray Overall as they say he voted twice.
Overall says any double-voting was a mistake. He says he has memory problems. Prosecutors say he voted once in Beloit and voted a second time using an absentee ballot in St. Croix County. Overall is not saying who he voted for. He’s being charged with felony voter fraud charges and is due to appear in court in two weeks.
