A Menomonie woman is in custody after police say she was driving while intoxicated with a minor in her car.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says 37-year-old Kristy Decker was arrested after a speeding stop on Highway 29 near the Red Cedar River. When officers approached the car they say they noticed that the minor that had been driving the car at the time had switched seats with Decker. She was suspected of showing signs of intoxication and was placed into custody on an OWI charge.
