Demonstrators call for an end to the U.S. Air Force plan to station F-35 jets at Truax Field.
A march and rally happened yesterday afternoon from Madison College to Truax Field. The Safe Skies Clean Water activists oppose the jets at Truax over noise and chemical pollution concerns. The plan to make Truax home to F-35s was approved by the Air Force last year and is now underway in the early construction stage.
