Former Chief Pleads No Contest

The case against Boyceville’s former ambulance chief could go away if he repays the ambulance district just over 22-hundred bucks.

Former ambulance district chief Matthew Feeney pleaded no contest on Friday to misdemeanor fraudulent data alteration charges. Prosecutors dismissed a felony theft charge.

Part of the claims by investigators say Feeney bought some things for himself on the ambulance district’s credit card and then tried to cover it up by creating fake purchase orders.
