Chippewa County Public Health is handing out COVID information to every single household in the county.
In a news conference, Public Health Director Angela Weideman says a state grant funded the cost of tens of thousands of flyers that provided the phone number of the health department and vaccine locations. The department is also sending out letters to people who have received at least one dose, to remind them and encourage them to complete the vaccination series.
