We now have more details about an early morning fire.
It was just before 4:30 on the morning of Monday, May 3, 2021 when crews responded to reports of a fire and explosions at a location on 2112 South Esmond Road at the Alibi Lounge.
There was a large amount of smoke and fire when crews arrived and that could be seen on multiple sides of the structure. One firefighter was taken to the hospital with a medical emergency. Current damage estimates are about $200,000 and the fire remains under investigation.
