The main suspect in a wide-ranging sex case in Eau Claire is in custody. Eau Claire County deputies yesterday arrested Mark Scoville.
He’s wanted on 32 counts of sexual assault and drug charges. A number of women have told police Scoville drugged them, then raped them. Scoville was indicted last month, but was on the run. Police say he was living in a tent near County Road H in Chippewa County. Deputies also arrested Catherine Ottinger for her role in the case.
