This will be a big day for The Highground Veterans Memorial Park at Neillsville, as there will be a capital campaign kickoff event late today at The Condensery in Osseo.
The Highground’s leadership is working to raise $4 million, with a new museum and education center, along with upgrades at its Camp Victory facilities planned. There’s no charge for attending the event, which includes food, 5:3-7:30 p.m. Information is available on The Highground’s Web site, and walk-in spaces are available.
