The man charged with killing two brothers from Shawano is in trouble again.
Prosecutors in Missouri filed new charges against Joey Nelson this week. They say he tried to convince someone to steal a trailer. Nelson is in jail, awaiting murder charges that could end with the death penalty for the murders of Nicholas and Justin Diemel. No one is saying why Nelson wanted the trailer stolen.
