Prosecutors in Oshkosh are not charging the mother and brother of the teenager suspected of gunning down another teen at the Fox River Mall late last month.
The D.A. yesterday said no charges are being filed at this time against Shirina Willis and her son Ralph Ellis. Police arrested them for lying about shooting suspect Dezman Ellis’ whereabouts during this month’s manhunt for him. The D.A. is not offering a reason as to why there will be no charges.
