Budweiser will not be airing on commercials during this year’s Super Bowl.
The brand is benching its famous Clydesdales to use the marketing dollars to promote COVID-19 vaccine awareness instead. The decision by Anheuser-Busch InBev marks the first time in 37 years Budweiser will skip running a commercial during the big game.
The company joins other iconic brands like Pepsi and Coca-Cola in not airing in-game ads for their beverages this year.
