Governor Tony Evers is not on-board with plans to make it tougher to vote absentee or through the mail in Wisconsin.
The governor last week said he will not sign any new election law that rolls back absentee or mail-in voting. Republicans in Madison have signaled they want to clean-up the gaps in state law that they feel were exploited during the November election.
The governor says he cannot support anything that makes it more difficult for people to vote.
