Coronavirus Relief Package Finalized

 Congressional leaders have finalized a deal on a new coronavirus relief package.  Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced the agreement.

The 900-billion-dollar plan includes another round of stimulus payments to people.  It also includes help for small businesses and more unemployment relief. 

McConnell called it the bipartisan deal that Americans have been waiting for.  He noted that they still need to put the final touches on the text before it goes for a vote.  Democratic leader Chuck Schumer cheered the deal, but blamed Republicans for dragging their feet to give Americans relief.
