The push to recall Governor Tony Evers has failed.
The woman who organized the effort, Misty Polewczynski, said on Facebook yesterday that they don’t have enough signatures to force the governor into a recall election. She needed 670 thousand, she did not say just how many signatures she got. Polewczynski started the push to recall the governor because of how he handled this summer’s violence in Kenosha and how he’s handled the coronavirus for the past several months.
