COVID-19 rates are surging with the state averaging nearly two-thousand coronavirus cases a day including 24-hundred new cases today.
That is the second highest number of cases in one day since data collection started in March. The positivity rate in the Badger State is nearly 17-percent, a new high. The six additional deaths reported in last 24 hours brings the coronavirus death toll statewide to 1,065.
