An Eau Claire man is being charged after his roommate says he raped her.
Daniel Chase faces charges of second-degree sexual assault and felony intimidation of a victim. The criminal complaint says that the victim took a sleeping pill in February and woke to find Chase having sex with her. If convicted on all charges, Chance faces more than 50 years in prison.
