Wisconsin’s coronavirus numbers are down.

Health director Lieske Giese yesterday said the hundreds of people who marched through downtown Eau Claire did not technically violate the order. Crowds in Eau Claire are supposed to be limited to just 20 people. Giese says she hopes that the protesters wore masks to keep them safe from the coronavirus.
