Governor Tony Evers declares a state of emergency for southeastern Wisconsin.
He issued an executive order yesterday for Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties, where a powerful winter storm hit on January 10th through the 12th. The declaration allows the National Guard and other state agencies to provide more assistance to the region.
