USDA DIPS INTO FOOD SAFETY FOR BIG GAME

The USDA and health officials are reminding fans about food safety this Super Bowl weekend. 

The experts say wash your hands frequently when dealing with meat or poultry, but do not wash chicken wings other poultry products or meat.  USDA research has found that washing and rinsing chicken and meat greatly increases the spread of germs.
