Foxconn’s to-be-built factory in Mount Pleasant is on track to be worth over a half-billion-dollars by the end of the year.
Planners in Racine County back in September looked at a report that says the value of the Foxconn facility should hit 522-million by December. The same report, however, questions whether Foxconn will ever hire all 13-thousand people that the company promised to hire before construction began.
The report also looks at a worst case scenario for what happens if Foxconn never grows past where it is at the end of the year.
