More than 200-thousand voters in Wisconsin who’ve either moved or who have not answered questions about where they live will stay on the state’s voter rolls, for now.
An appeals court in Madison yesterday placed a stay on the order from an Ozaukee County judge to remove the voters. The new order puts a hold on the legal back-and-forth over whether Wisconsin’s Election Commission must remove the voters. Yesterday’s order freezes things until a full hearing can be held.
