A Hales Corner man is charged with a hate crime for assaulting another man at Wisconsin Dells. Bradley Davis reportedly admitted to police that he attacked another man at a bar on Monday night because of his race.
Davis allegedly knocked the victim out with a punch, and continued to kick him once he was unconscious. Police say Davis told them the he was the victim of a hate crime, and he was afraid of the man he beat up.
