Governor Tony Evers says he thinks Foxconn will eventually sit down and renegotiate its deal with the state.
The governor told Channel 12 yesterday that he thinks Foxconn will eventually renegotiate its package of tax incentives. Foxconn has said that it is living-up to the promises made in the deal signed by former Governor Walker. Evers’ office has said Foxconn won’t get any of the three billion-dollars in possible tax breaks because the company has downsized its to-be-built manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant.
