A Minnesota man accused of kidnapping a woman and bringing her to Jackson County, Wisconsin is going to jail.
A criminal complaint says Dwayne Doxen picked up the victim from a homeless shelter in Minneapolis and promised her a job. The woman eventually called police at a travel center in Hixton and they arrested Doxen. He took a plea deal and was sentenced this week to six months in jail.
