A Clayton man is accused of his tenth OWI in Dunn County.
Gregory Hillman was pulled over last Saturday night and a police officer says he had a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit. Court records show Hillman has multiple other OWI’s, the most recent in 2011. He’s currently out on bond.
