A veterans organization in northern Wisconsin hopes the community steps up to attend the funeral of a serviceman with no family.
The Barren County Veteran’s Service office says Paul Shockley Junior passed away last week and has no family and just a couple of friends. The Veterans’ Service Office is hoping the public turns out to the Skinner Funeral Home in Cumberland on November 15th for a military ceremony prior to burial.
