Add accusations of corporate espionage to the on-going court battle over what is in Bud Light and Miller Light. Anheuser-Busch says in its latest court filing that a brewer at Miller improperly accessed some of its recipes.
A spokesman for MillerCoors says the company respects confidential information, but also points out that Anheuser-Busch printed its ingredient list on Bud Light boxes. MillerCoors says the recipe can’t be that secret if it is part of an advertising campaign.
