The suspect in two Eau Claire County sex cases is looking at 40 years in prison as part of a plea deal.
Prosecutors say Jason Weber pleaded guilty yesterday to a case from 2018 and another from 2019. The specifics of the deal won’t be known til Weber is sentenced in December. He’s facing 40 years in prison.
