Chippewa County residents are concerned about looters stealing things from people impacted by last week’s tornado.
The county sheriff’s department says it hasn’t made any looting arrests but it’s received calls about a suspicious person leaving a cleanup site with a truck-load of materials. The sheriff’s department wants people who see anything suspicious to call and report it.
