The average cost for a gallon of regular gas in Wisconsin is down two-cents-a-gallon compared to a week ago.
Triple-A says the average price statewide is two-dollars-and-49-cents today, while nationwide it’s two-57. The highest prices are posted in the northern counties of Oneida, Price, Iron, Ashland and Vilas at nearly two-70-a-gallon. The southern counties of Rock, Racine and Kenosha have the lowest average prices, around two-40 for regular.
