The Eau Claire man facing 125 years in prison for child pornography charges is free on a promise to return to court.
A judge gave 61-year-old Robert Lowy a signature bond yesterday. Police say they found over a thousand images of child porn or child erotica on his computer. Lowy is due back in court next month.
