A vehicle and pedestrian crash seriously injured a construction worker and we now know who that is.
A construction zone flagger, 43 year old Vickie Williams from Odanah, had northbound traffic on Highway 112 stopped. A northbound Toyota RAV4, driven by 77 year old Gerald Robertson from Mason, came up to the construction zone and drove onto the right shoulder of the highway around four other stopped vehicles. The RAV4 then struck Williams, who sustained serious injuries was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the RAV4 did not report any injuries.
