Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and CBS NFL analyst Tony Romo is facing several charges stemming from his arrest in Milwaukee last month.
They were officially filed on Thursday. Police say Romo, who was arrested on July 23rd, faces three charges, including first offense O-W-I, possessing open intoxicants and unsafe passing. CBS Sports president David Berson said there’s no timetable for Romo’s return to the broadcast booth after the network placed him on leave. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 21st.
