In Chippewa County today, a resolution hearing will be held in the case against Carson Peters-Berger.
Peters-Berger is charged in the 2022 killing of 10-year-old Lily Peters. Prosecutors have said that the case will not go to trial. There has been no word on what is expected with today’s resolution.
