One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 94 in St. Croix County.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says the crash happened shortly after 7 a.m. on westbound I-94 near Roberts.
Investigators say a pickup traveling in one westbound lane moved from its lane and struck another pickup traveling alongside it. The second vehicle was forced off the interstate and into the ditch, where it struck several trees.
The driver of that vehicle, a 48-year-old Baldwin man, died in the crash. His name is being withheld pending notification of family. The other driver, a 43-year-old Baldwin man, was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
