Sentencing is being ordered for a man convicted on charges stemming from an incident outside of a Holmen Fiesta Foods store.
Police say that 64-year-old James Osborne exposed himself to three people — including a minor — in the store’s parking lot earlier this year. Osborne pleaded no contest to charge of lewd and lascivious behavior and was ordered to pay a fine plus court costs.
