Opening statements in the trial of the Milwaukee County judge is scheduled to start Monday.
Both sides of the case were in court yesterday for the first day of jury selection, and those in consideration were told the trial is expected to take about four to five days. Judge Hannah Dugan is accused of obstructing immigration agents who were attempting to arrest a man in her courtroom.
Dugan pleaded not guilty to obstruction charges.
