A Milwaukee County circuit judge has been arrested by the FBI, accused of helping an undocumented man avoid arrest.
Judge Hannah Dugan was taken into custody Friday morning at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. FBI Director Kash Patel said on X the bureau believes Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from Eduardo Flores-Ruiz as he was about to be arrested at the courthouse last week. Patel says the man was later apprehended. Dugan has been a Circuit Court judge since 2016.
