Prosecutors say the boy, who was 14-years-old at the time, killed Lily Peters two years ago in Chippewa Falls while they were walking in the woods. The now 16-year-old suspect was in court this morning and entered not guilty pleas for three charges. The case is being tried in adult court. His next hearing will be in April of next year.
